Transcripts

Parchment Inc. manages the ordering, processing, and secure delivery for all AHED Schools student and alumni official transcript requests. The College will provide an official transcript of the student’s academic record upon request by the student or alumni.  The College archives academic transcripts indefinitely. IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• USPS – International: Actual number of days may vary based upon origin, destination and customs delays.
• If you order a transcript before the degree posting process has been completed, your degree will not appear on your transcript.
• Records prior to 1970 are considered archived and have a processing time of 10-12 business days.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
The campus does not provide unofficial transcripts. Unofficial Transcripts are free of charge and available via Rockford Career College Campus Portal, https://portal.rcc1862.net/. Navigate to My Degree Audit and tap the “Unofficial Transcript” icon.
