“If you don't have a shadow, then you are not standing in your light,” says Katy Lighthart, Rockford Career College graduate. Ready for a new career, Katy was not afraid to step into her light. She enrolled in our Associate of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and studied hard, never losing sight of her goal. We are extremely proud of her for graduating on the Dean's List and beginning her dream career.

She graduated from our medical assistant program on the Dean's List. We are so proud of her for accomplishing her goal and beginning a career she loves.

“The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” This quote from Dan Millman's book Way of the Peaceful Warrior inspired Summer Richard to concentrate her efforts on building a new career.1 She then enrolled in Rockford Career College's Associate of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. We are so proud of Summer for applying herself, graduating with her associate degree, and beginning the career she had always wanted.

After enrolling in Rockford Career College's welding program, Kameron studied diligently and honed his welding skills in the on-campus lab. Ready for a new career, Felicia Redd decided not to let any obstacles stand in her way. She enrolled in Rockford Career College's diagnostic medical sonography program, studied hard, and developed her skills through hands-on training in the lab. Completing externships at a local healthcare clinic allowed Felicia to gain real-world experience before graduation. Finally, Felicia graduated from the program with her associate degree. We are extremely proud of her for pursuing her passion and starting a new life as a sonographer.
