There are a variety of roles and duties that can be associated with Sales Management. Typically, a salesperson must have excellent communication skills and regularly interact with colleagues and customers to gain new orders and build a sales pipeline. A Sales Representative’s duties may also include recruiting and training of new sales representatives as well as management of internal teams or departments. A Salesperson drives the fundamental strategies that allow their business to connect with customers, build strong relationships and grow revenue. Sales Representatives have a comprehensive knowledge of current market trends, use strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire their team, oversee advertising and marketing to draw customers to their organization and many other similar tasks.
