RCC @ On The Waterfront

Rockford Career College students and staff will again be at Illinois' largest street festival, On The Waterfront, held in downtown Rockford, over the Labor Day Holiday Weekend. The festival runs from Friday afternoon through Sunday Evening (September 2 - 4), it currently covers 26 city blocks and has 5 stages featuring live bands and performers.

The RCC tent will be staffed by students, teachers, and staff members from the college all assisting festival goers and informing the community of the various offerings and great tradition that Rockford Career College brings to the community. This includes but not limited to:

Massage Therapy - Students will be giving chair massages.
Pharmacy Technician - Students will be handing out medical pamphlets.
Medical Department - Students will be performing blood pressure screenings.
Information Technology - Students will be showing off their "Clear Computer" and discussing how technology impacts our lives.

In addition to our Community Outreach tent, Rockford Career College, along with Anderson Automotive Group, and Q98.5 are proud to again be part of the Major and Official Sponsors for the 2011 On the Waterfront's Center Stage, located on the Southwest corner of Man and Mulberry St.
